Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms describe how AIPOS OÜ offers its autonomous software development service through this website. Each engagement is governed by an individual written contract; where that contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

1. Provider

AIPOS OÜ, registry code 16966532, Pargi tn 1, Kabala küla, Türi vald, 72001 Järva maakond, Estonia (“we”, “us”). Contact: valmisfirma@gmail.com.

2. The service

We deliver software development work for companies with a large development plan, using a multi-agent system operated by us that builds, tests and documents production code. The service is delivered remotely to clients anywhere in the world. All communication is in writing; we do not offer calls or meetings. The service is not offered as hourly work, staff rental or for small one-off tasks.

3. Engagement structure

3.1 Step 1 — trial build

  • The trial build is a real part of the client's development plan, defined in a written scope description that we provide and the client confirms in writing.
  • The price is fixed at 9,900 euros.
  • Delivery takes place within 72 hours of the client's written confirmation of the scope.
  • The deliverable is tested and documented code. Full intellectual property in the deliverable is transferred to the client.
  • If the client proceeds to a main project, the trial build price is deducted in full from the main project price.
  • Founding clients: the first three clients receive the trial build for 4,900 euros in exchange for a public reference, agreed in writing.

3.2 Step 2 — main project

  • The full scope is quoted and delivered at a fixed price agreed in writing.
  • Delivery takes place in days and weeks, according to the plan in the contract.
  • Every change is tested and committed to the client's repository.
  • The architecture and the specification are written personally by the owner of AIPOS OÜ.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros. Value added tax is applied where required by law. Payment terms, invoicing and milestones are set out in the individual contract.

5. Intellectual property

The code and the intellectual property in the deliverables go to the client under the terms of the contract. The platform, tooling and methodology used to produce the deliverables remain the property of AIPOS OÜ and are not transferred.

6. Security and use of AI models

Each project runs in a separate, disposable environment with isolated containers and a locked-down network. The system has one-way access to the project repository only; the control environment is kept separate. Every outgoing change is scanned and reviewed by an independent review agent before it is delivered as a clean commit. The work runs through commercial AI model APIs; the providers, terms and data-handling details are set out in the contract.

7. Client obligations

The client provides a written project description, confirms the scope in writing, provides access to the project repository where one exists, and ensures that it holds the rights to any material it supplies.

8. Website

The information on this website describes the service in general terms and is not a binding offer. A binding agreement comes into being only through the individual written contract. We may change the website and these terms at any time; the current version is dated 8 November 2026.

9. Governing law

These terms and any contract concluded with us are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, unless the contract provides otherwise.
